They are waitresses mostly and they are quitting not very long after i flirt with them or ask them if they find me attractive. And i am not ugly. not cool. But Then again i suppose they have their reasons and it may not Even have anything to do with me.

You should be able to pick up on whether they're into it or not and it just seems weird that they'd quit after a one-and-done flirting type deal, like you're supposed to notice the cues and if you ignore those cues and keep coming on strong then that'll drive them away. In all honesty, you're probably creeping them out
