The problem with flirting at work is that you may cause jealousies and other issues with co-workers and making the working climate a challenge or possibly even toxic.

It is never a good idea to flirt at work because you seldom remain in control of the possible outcome and consequences.

You may find yourself in the middle of something that you did not want to happen in the first place and you may even find yourself regretting flirting when sides are being taken against you because of your flirting.

This is a dangerous path and HR may even reprimand you for doing it because it could be considered as sexual harassment and the vast majority of companies do not tolerate it even if a woman initiates the flirting with co-workers.

You may even find yourself out of a job.

I don't flirt with coworkers for a number of reasons. The two biggest are that I am in a relationship and the second is that I don't want to date someone that I work with so why flirt? I have had it happen to me plenty of times. I bartend while I am finishing my masters degree. Turnover is high in that industry so we have constant new people coming in to bartend. It is also mostly a male dominated position. So that just increases the odds that one of them is going to hit on me. It happens all the time. If it isn't my fellow bartenders it is the patrons. That liquid courage will make them say pretty much anything to the few girls that do work at the club/bar that I work at. I just brush it off anymore.

well in my case it's just 1 specific guy tbh 😂. Full honesty real story, its because all summer i kept seeing his package and or ball sack hanging out pass his shorts or when laying down on a couch. i work in a resident, but he warned me that its a problem he been dealing with all his life lmao i was like wtf for real? guys and girls, i swear it hangs down like saggy and big and all.. i do let him know it shows, but damn who else experienced this?
