Girlfriend acting strange? Rarely tells me show loves me anymore and threatened to leave me if my car quit working and was without a ride for a while?

She told me she loved me first a couple weeks ago, I've felt the same and told her as well and have been telling her since but sometimes she just refuses to say it at all, does that mean she thought she did and she really doesn't? And also I'm having car problems and she said if I'm without a car she'd leave me, is that shallow of her? It pissed me off that she could just up and leave like that like after all we've put into the relationship. She just started birth control so not sure if that's having to do with why she's so moody lately

She sounds like a down right bitch. Threatening to leave you because you have car trouble? Literally 75% of the world has car trouble and some just don’t know it yet until they go in for a checkup or oil change. You might need to talk to her about the way she’s been acting or just dump her.
