Why does my married coworker sulk?

I (31m) am friendly with a coworker (30f), joke around and text throughout the day. But her mood changes towards me all the time. Especially after I talk about other women when she could hear or when I talk to female coworkers. She is married and would never cheat, so why the mood swings.
