Whether ungrateful or entitlement doesn’t really matter. I feel like women tend to not reciprocate. Or feel as though they’re a gift and we should be lucky that they’re in our presence. I’ve noticed several relationships where the woman has exhibited narcissistic tendencies. I’ve even dealt with them in my own relationships. Not to say men don’t but we usually turn a blind eye for women.
My advice would be to start reciprocating as soon as possible. And start taking responsibility for your actions, or lack there of.
Obviously this is a generalization so let me help all, if this comment made you upset insecure or gave some form of resentment towards men than you are exactly who I’m talking about and your man doesn’t want to make things worse by being honest.
If you think yes I could reciprocate more be his piece more. Show more appreciation with action, you’re not likely the woman I’m talking about.

Good, Thats how people should be. But there are women out there that treat all men like they are all part of one giant group of patriarchal dictators. Sexism does go both ways but sexism toward women has laws against it and has a large amount of recognition. Sexism toward men however is so rare that most folk dont even know that is a thing that can happen.
