I think part of the problem is the fact that every guy you mentioned is a celebrity. You gotta stop searching for pics of them, stop watching their movies and interviews. It's OK to be attracted to their look. But you have to calm down the intensity that you feel for them. There are literally millions of guys in your age range that are very well put together, and just as handsome. Put a brick wall between you and your thoughts of these celebrities. Distract yourself with hobbies and friends. Have you tried dating guys your age?

Do you know how many women have this same attraction. The sweet spot⬆️ As mentioned above is called that for a reason. Not my words but from women like yourself. The older guys mostly have their shit together are experienced in life’s lessons and they went on to say how the olde guys make you feel so wanted because they really do appreciate how sexy the female body is with out just hit and run. Compared it to as if these guys had missed out on sexual opportunities and are making up time with you. All true.
