Girl's Behavior

If a girl gives signs she's a little interested in you but doesn't text you for days on end even though she's on her phone, what does it mean?

I met a chick through my bestfriend in real life but I'm only able to text and call her since we're like 7 states apart. When we first started talking, she actually didn't text me much and then after we talked for about a month, we started to text back and forth for hours DAILY through multiple apps. But we also would call on discord and stuff like that intermittently. Every time we text or talk, from what I can tell, it feels like she flirts with me a bit. In calls or group chats we're in, she'll only focus on talking to me. Yet she won't text me back personally for days on end even though she's clearly on her phone. One time one of my friends said that he got a text from her but she won't text ME back. I don't know how to explain this, but I've done relationships enough to know that the type of relationship we have isn't exactly how it would feel if we were just friends. I'm not sure if that's cause I like her or not, but the way she treats me isn't how she treats her friends if that makes any sense. If this helps, she does have a job and she takes care of her little brother. So I know she is busy as we all are. When we're having a conversation, she sometimes doesn't respond for days, so she'll go back and save everything I say so she can reply later on (talking about on snapchat by the way). She'll tell me goodmorning and that she hopes I have a great day at work and that she'll text me back when she's off or not busy. But she won't text me back for like 48 hours even though she's clearly not busy cause she's talking to someone else or calling someone. I understand that people can have flirty personalities and can be bad texters, and that her life doesn't revolve around me. But if she does like me, can't she at least make more of an effort to talk to me? I know I'm going on and on, but she even said that she loves texting me but it doesn't seem like it at all. And then it ruins my mood cause I really like her but I guess it may not be the same for her.

SHE JUST CONFESSED THAT SHE HAS BEEN INTERESTED IN ME FOR MONTHS. I guess I just explained my question poorly or something.
