How come most girls are shy and social awkward, but want a confident man?

I've started to notice that girls can even hold eye contact or carry a conversation, but they still expect guys to some how be better than them.

It makes me realize that women don't even know they aren't designed to lead society.

Because most of us start out shy and awkward in general to others. Woman I believe do until they warm up to a person and are comfortable with the, person. The reason they want a confident man is many reasons it makes them feel confident and sexy.

I just was saying it makes no sense to fight for equality when you don't want men that are equal to you, your should be fighting for men to be better

It's not easy to be shy. It takes lots of practice to tone it down and it's not pleasant. Wanting someone confident helps people who are shy feel more comfortable and it kind of balances it out.

I know that but you can't want something you don't have yourself, that's entitlement

No. There's nothing wrong with being shy. Also it's not like shy people feel as though they deserve or have the right to own someone confident because if they did that would be entitlement. If they don't feel that way it's called a "preference".

Well you can have a preference for men to be better than you overall but still want men to be equal or the same as you. The logic doesn't add up

It's as if you think being shy is a bad thing. Some people are naturally more shy than others. Being outgoing isn't better than being shy. They're just two different qualities.

Being shy Is a bad thing for a guy, but you'd have to be a guy to realize that

I understand where you're coming from but a confident person is only a preference of course. It's not like people dislike shy guys.

Well think about this, if girls prefer that guys meet them, how would a girl meet a shy guy? The chances are very unlikely. So girls just don't interact with shy men because they prefer men meet them.

It’s the “if I surround myself with people I want to be like then I’ll become that” mindset. I’m not saying that’s the scenario for everyone but it’s usually why shy people want a confident person to be their partner
