Should I confront her?

Ever since i started working there for 3 months now, my female coworker whom i barely talk to kept glancing, locking eyes with me and sometimes we hold our gazes 2-4s long. Then comes a time when we got put in the same area for once to work together ( she strike convos with me and asked basics get to know me questions). After that she started saying hi to me and try to grab my attention when i walk by her and no one else is around. Im sure these are signals that she likes me but i still refused to believe it cuz i suck at reading into all of this. Should i ask her for her social media and confront her about her behaviors and see where it leads to? What y'all ladies think if you were her?

There is an expression "don't shit where you eat" its one of them. Don´t do it, man. I have been in the same situation and it probably end with drama. I know it seems easy and tempting to bang her but one of you gonna get hurt. Because WHEN this thing goes sideways, it will make your work related relationship with her and seeing her very fucking awkwad. But if you still wanna go for it, be ready to quit your job.

Why don’t you start small and ask her to get a coffee with you? Or take note of her order and bring her a coffee to work when you get one? Small gestures are helpful cues that help woman to know you are into them.

We did had small talks a few times. Based on her behaviors that i mentioned above, why would she do that? I think she found me somewhat attractive as well for her to exhibit these behaviors? Before i make a move on her younger sis, i felt bad and wanna give her a chance first tbh. she's the one whos been giving me all these sorts of signs but i turned a blind eye on it refusing to believe it cuz i suck a reading into all of this 😭

Like if what im guessing is true, i wanna give her a chance cuz its been a long time since someone looked at me the same way she does. I'd feel bad if i made a move on her younger sis and not her cuz she's been showing me all these possible signs that she's into me. Im willing to risk the awkwardness at work if she says no 🤣
I've been in her shoes before and i would feel awful. Thats why i feel bad if i were to stick with the younger sis who shows little to no sign of interests in me meanwhile this girl been making eye contact with me for quite some time now
