Why would a girl send a photo of her outfit to my guy friend?

He showed me what exactly she sent to him. She sent him an outfit that she was going to wear to a certain event and it was an out of the blue picture. He wasn’t going to that event by the way. I think she likes him. But I want someone else’s opinion on this too.
