Why would a girl always talk about me or at least mention me?

I work with the girl who barely talks to me. She doesn’t speak to me or make any eye contact. I barely see her so I don’t understand how she remembers to talk about me. I even say good morning first and she never says anything. From other coworkers I hear the same thing that she says “I’m quiet.” A long with a few other stuff. I hear from another coworker she said the same thing but these were months apart.

Who does she talk too about you? Not clear on that point. She must gather enough information from your nonverbals and/or personal energy to judge your character and personality🤷🏻‍♂️ Don’t ask me how/why because it seems very risky to me…to judge without speaking and knowing more detail about another.
Perhaps, there is context?
