A guy making the first move is sometimes pretty obvious, but how do girls do it? Do they touch u? Or like initiate convos?

They will make the move keeping "plausible deniability". Things that, if everything came under the sun and was spoken-of explicitly, would leave the the freedom to say "He's making it up, I never was interested", lol.
That aside, they'll do their moves not much unlike men.
