Does anyone else find it hypocritical when women accept the indecent behavior from men that they tell their friends to avoid?

I find it annoying when a friend goes on a tangent about how their friend should know her worth and not accept less. Does anyone else find it hypocritical and annoying when friends nitpick every little thing guys their friend is talking to and brings him down? But then those friends accept the behavior they tell their friends to avoid?
My friend is always critiquing guys I date and every little red flag but she allows herself to be treated like crap from guys she dates. I can’t tell if it’s a way to elevate herself.

Of course it's a way to elevate herself- that's what most criticism is.

Don't listen to women's advice on dating, and I'd suggest you communicate that you don't want her negativity.
