Do the majority of women notice that they’re hypocritical when it comes to this?

Whenever a man is uncomfortable with something his girlfriend or wife does where it concerns other men, women are very quick to call him an insecure, controlling asshole. If a woman is complaining about her man being concerned about these things, they’re quick to tell her that she should ignore him, not give a shit about his feelings and keep on doing whatever they want to do.

Yet when the shoe is on the other foot and it’s a woman who is concerned about similar things with her boyfriend/husband, they don’t tell her that she’s being insecure or controlling at all. Instead they tell her that she should tell him that it makes her feel uncomfortable, and that if he doesn’t listen to her, care about her feelings, stop doing whatever it is he’s doing, he’s an asshole. Example here.

Do you know you do this? Of course not all women are like this, but most seem to be.
