Yes, but only if it's with someone I'm already flirting with, and have a bond with.
If you plan to send these letters to a girl who doesn't reciprocate you, then avoid that because it would be creepy and desperate. If this is the case, let the girl build the bond with you too, don't respond with "more" when you receive "less".
