What are the reasons a woman would turn on vanish mode?

Vanish mode is a feature on instagram that the chat isn't saved and it automatically deletes after the person reads it, for the people that don't know, some woman hit me up and turned it on before sending me a message, my assumption is that she was in a relationship, would there be any other reason?

Yes, everyone has said it, she's hiding something. I would do that, IF and only IF I didn't want someone to screenshot my messages and show someone else. Which in my opinion sounds like they have a boyfriend and or are married. Lol
