Why would a woman block you if you didn't want to talk on another social media?

I was having a nice conversation with a woman. Nothing sexual was mentioned by either of us. She wanted to continue on another social media site. I refused since I don't know her well enough. She got upset and blocked me. Am I missing something?

I don't know the extent of how well you guys knew each other even through social media platforms, however that's down to you. If you do not feel comfortable in someone you've ever met and don't know anyone alongside her on a mutual level it's perfectly understandable to have your feelings.
