I have known a girl, who got upset at me and told me she doesn't trust me after i gave a simple compliment to another girl, who i have known for a while. It was all face to face.
Definitely not! My partner doesn't really have female friends, but I give complements to my male friends who are all mutual friends of my partner and I, just tonight one of his friends from football who I haven't seen for a while popped in for a visit and I gave him a hug told him he was looking good and had lost weight which was a genuine observation, didn't bother my other half in the slightest and I know me doing this wouldn't have bothered his friends girlfriend in the slightest either had she been there. Your not in the wrong she's insecure for one reason or another?
Maybe young? Or because it's fairly new relationship?
