I have been with my girlfriend for 6 months.

I really do like her, but she can be so selfish and difficult.

We are both 23.

For example: I had plans to sleep over the gfs tonight. She has class at 10 and I have work at 9...So I have to wake up an hour earlier. She told me not to sleep over cause my Alarm going off an hour earlier would be a problem and she wouldn't be able to go back to sleep. Like...she can't sacrifice a little?!?!?!

Also, last week we went to see a movie (she likes "hollywood" movies...I don't. I like indie/foreign films) that she wanted to see, but decided she didn't want to see the movie I wanted to see later in the week cause it "looked stupid."

Whenever we had plans to see my best friend Emily and her boyfriend my girlfriend kept on saying "I'll look at my schedule." It's the 8th week of classes...she knows her schedule. We had to cancel 3 times until we got to see Emily and her boyfriend cause of my gf's "schedule."

Am I crazy or what?

My girlfreind isextremely selfish and doesn'tralise it.. truth is that I love her to bits.. bt once I told her I feel I'm mking all te effort to make her happy she got pissed at me and we had an argument..

I don't really feel appreciated when she doesn't return th favour.. like I worked all week [delivering leaflets] just to pay forus both to go watch a film and then she goes and tells me that all I want is sex... I mean how can you think that when your going out of your way to do stuff for her and she throws it in your face..

lots of girls hate their bfs seeing other girls anyway, regardless of being best friends or whatever...they want to be the only female in your life besides your mom (and in some cases not even her)

as for the alarm thing, yeah she sounds petty, just put a little distance in between you and her and take care of what you need, if there's any potential for her growing up it will come out when she realizes you aren't happy with her, otherwise it's futile

I would have a talk with her , tell her your opinion on her actions. Its a relationship and both should bend a lil, I myself don't like some movies my boyfriend want to see. But I watch it to make him happy...If you don't speak up , she will not act no diff .

Well ... sounds like being self centered is part of her personality. Tell her how much you appreciate when she compromises and see if she changes any. If not, she may not be a considerate person.

Nah, she's a chick so she's automatically crazy. She is selfish - is she an only child? You don't have to break it off but I'd recommend you keep her around but also find another chick. Break it off after you secure a better chick. Usually one who is the middle child or oldest in the family will be better. Thsi time get one with bigger t*ts.
