A lot of women I encounter plan/time aggressive psychological attacks with mundane body language and pursing their lips whenever I make eye contact with them, even going so far as to grasp their boyfriend’s hand or do some PDA as soon as I lock eyes

Why would you even try to lock eyes with girls that are in company of their boyfriends?

I would understand that you give a quick half a second glance at someone to assess whether this person represents a danger to you or to see whether you know that person. A half a second is all what it takes.

You must not be surprised that some women disapprove that you are trying to make eye contact. There is usually no reason why one would make eye contact when you come across people, unless of course, you are attempting to get their attention. The question is then, why would you even want to get their attention? What is your motive behind your attempt?

Pursed lips is a sign of disapproval and my guess is that those women don't appreciate that you try to make prolonged eye contact.
