During a conversation when ever i say something back or after I look away then look back a lot of girls immediately lick their lips or stick their toungue out and wave it across sideways while its point up then it goes back in their mouth.

Yeah, thats what i think when they lick their lips. But why the thing when they dont touch their lips. They stick it out and point it up while waving it , but its not touching their lips.
