I asked out my last boyfriend :) Women do ask men out. It really just depends on the woman honestly. I'm in my 20's and have no problem asking a guy on a date, to me my boyfriend, to chill, to fuck, etc. It does happen. Maybe not with women you've grown up with but I promise you if you get out a bit more you'll see it.
