There’s a girl I work with who approaches me very aggressively, been bossy and rude and makes false accusations.. how do I deal?

How can someone who doesn’t even know me hate me? And I haven’t approached managers about it but she has said a lot. Aren’t we suppose to deal with whatever it is in private?

Document everything. Date, time, and what she does. Then after a few weeks, report it to management. You want the records in case she's buddies with management so you can have a harassment case.

It is okay. That is common. It won't matter when the labor board comes calling or your attorney files a lawsuit.

They’ve been sitting people down and talking to them privately. One girl I know who witnessed didn’t look me in the eyes when she go up from her meeting. What does that mean?
