I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this. It's difficult to know why she might have ghosted you without more information about your relationship and the circumstances surrounding the breakup.
However, it's important to remember that ghosting is a form of communication, and it may be an indication that she is not interested in pursuing a relationship with you or that she is unable to communicate her feelings or intentions in a direct way. While it can be painful and confusing to be ghosted, it's important to respect her decision and focus on moving forward.
It may be helpful to take some time to process your feelings and reflect on what you're looking for in a relationship. Try to surround yourself with supportive friends and family, and focus on activities and hobbies that bring you joy and fulfillment. Remember that you deserve to be with someone who is fully committed and available to you, and that there are plenty of other people out there who will appreciate and value you for who you are.

At this rate, you're going to have to accept your losses and move on. If she was truly interested she wouldn't ghost (assuming it's been awhile and hasn't been like an hour since she texted you back or whatever)
Some folks do not know how to tell someone they're not interested so they just disappear.
And I don't care who you are, you deserve someone better for you. Unless she has a good reason like being hospitalized or something.
