A girl I saw in a club yesterday, she was with her friends and I was with mine standing we locked eyes twice and she looked away. Does this have any meaning?

Somewhat. Repeated extended eye contact is sort of a signal of interest. Add on smiles. A little wink. Can last hours. Modern courtship I suppose.

Once you've confirmed that she will repeatedly give you attention back, smile when you do and so on that is your go-ahead to approach with a (most likely) good outcome. So flirting.

Possibly. I had something like that once, a few more eyes than twice. She was on the opposite end of the bar and it felt like if I just looked in her direction our eyes would meet. I was in another city for work. As she was at the bar it would have been easy to go up near her to buy a drink and start a convo but I wasn't single then - so I didn't.

Maybe you should mosy over next time? She can only scream and call the cops in the worst case :) :)
