Is it possible for women to stop acting shallow towards a guy?

I'm a conventionally unattractive guy & many woman from the get go do start acting very shallow towards me but they eventually become netruel when they see I have zero social skills & zero friends

Add that my only interests are video games

These woman dropped the shallow act quick & I just st became another guy

objectively there's nothing wrong with video games. Henry Cavill plays video games and women can't stop fawning over him. a typical gamer guy is stereotyped as ugly, fat, lazy, unhygienic amongst many other negative qualities associated with gamers. notice how gamer girls don't get the same treatment but are thought as cute or cool?

there's a primal subconscious hostility women have towards unattractive men. being unattractive doesn't help with letting your hobbies be seen in a good light.

men tend to rate girls on a 1-10 scale. women are notoriously terrible at doing them same thus they distinguish men into 3 categories.

assuming the rating is true, a 6-7/10 isn't bad on the male scale but on the female scale you are a category 2 male. you're not hideous by any means but you're not hot enough to the point where you would get a free pass on most things. you must tread carefully and play your cards right and even there's no guarantee of success and failure could result in disastrous consequences

I've noticed that the majority of my female neighbors try to force themselves to not look at me directly or they get scared if we cross paths

it's built into them subconsciously. they can't help themselves. 2 guys, 1 is ugly and his friend is handsome can be standing side by side and the different treatment they each receive is absolutely glaring even if the handsome friend tries to put some attention to his ugly friend

all eyes and attention on the handsome friend. ugly friend is ignored. if ugly friend interjects, he is met with hostility, if handsome friend tries to draw attention towards ugly friend, she brushes off and puts all focus on handsome friend. female simping can be much worse than male simping at times.
