Is looking at signs if a girl is interested really pointless? Like everyone is different so it doesn't guarantee anything and all. I thought this girl was interested, but she wasn't. No big deal, but I was confused. Just keep it simple- if you are interested in a girl just go ask her and you will know. Unless of course, she clearly doesn't like you when she sees you and seems repulsed lol. But even then, sometimes that might mean they are interested as everyone is different. Then you don't waste time obsessing and just go for it, and if she says no, you can move on quick and all instead of wondering why that happened.

Hear me out, don’t think too much about signals, you want to try something? Go for it!
If she rejects that’s okay, at least I’d have a respect to you for trying.
Life is too short to not do something you want to do.
If you like her, go and ask her out, regardless of the consequences.
Every time you get rejected, respect yourself even more, put 1 more point on your confidence level and pat yourself for having the courage to try.
Rejection is the worst fear for most people and yet, you are willing to face your fears and go for something you like, that’s respectable and admirable.
Doesn’t matter what she says or answers or how she looks at you, you are braver than a lot of guys.
It's a waste of time if you do nothing about it. The signs were theorized by scientists who study human behavior so they aren't facts but more so guidelines to follow. Also, if someone is interested it's usually super obvious in how they treat you versus how they treat everyone else. If you're getting mixed signals or aren't completely positive about it then you're probably overanalyzing it.
I agree with you that we should just tell the person we like them and ask them out. If it's a no, you have the freedom from your own self/brain to move on. If it's a yes, then you get to spend time with someone you like and it could turn into more.
