Do you think it OK to wear it to a meeting?

I have a nice tee but there are small rips on the armpits, they are little stained, but you can't notice it or see it when I wear it.

You probably should wear a better shirt even though it hard to notice but some people might notice. It also depends what kind of meeting. If it with some friends in public it might be okay but if it's like a interview or somewhere to be dressed nice you might want to wear a clean or newer shirt with no rips.
