In your opinion, do you think this is okay to wear to school and is it inappropriate?

I’m wearing high waisted jeans, a tank top and a jacket over it.

So, is this okay to wear to my high school or should I change?
if it’s too provocative I’ll zip up my jacket or wear a different shirt.

I just want opinions from others and see what everyone else thinks.

I don't see anything wrong with it myself. I think if you were showing your bellybutton it would be inappropriate for school but your jeans are high waisted so no problem with that. I say go for it and if they say anything just zip up your jacket! Good luck 👍

It depends on the school.

School I went to wouldn't even allow that top, even with the jacket. Either you had to call home for a parent to give you a shirt, or the school provides you one. Again, it depends on the school's dress code.

The top seems pretty tight and would show your boobs. If the jacket were left on maybe. If you plan on taking it off and just wearing what's underneath then it could be a dress code issue.
