Make sure she was okay- I know it can come on VERY fast, and she might not've had time to get clear, or might have been trying to ask for help. If she's okay, I'll go clean myself off; I'm not so fastidious that a little vomit from someone who's in physical distress is the end of the world.
Unless, that is, you say "girl" when you mean "vulture". THEIR vomit is a nastier thing, and used as a weapon.
