With my ex-fiance, we'd say it every morning with our morning kiss, every night before going to bed and, every time one of us was leaving the other for a few hours and again when we joined up, again. Maybe a couple more times during the day. Sometimes, you just get this great feeling of love for them and just have to say, "I love you!"
