I would like to know which country this is in but either way it is pathetic, it has actually become a crime here in the UK, it is called street harassment and it shows just how pathetic our country has become. Once upon a time a woman reported builders to the police for wolf whistling which is not a crime and they threatened to arrest her for wasting police time.

They even wanted excessive staring made a crime.

@DarkLegacy I have heard it has become a crime in some countries. I think it is absolutely ridiculous and honestly wasting the police and the courts time. If you don't want someone doing it, just tell them to shut up.
