Uh yeah it does. If you used that word to describe a person would you not find them attractive? That's what it means. As far as the sexually part don't count on that just yet. We don't think like that right out of the gate. She means she finds you attractive. It doesn't mean she wants to jump into bed right away... most likely. If she called you gorgeous and you like her this would be the time to make a move and ask her out. There isn't a much bigger green flag than that.
