I have a bad habit of lurking… why I do it I don't know. Boredom sadness lonely… so I did it to my coworkers. I’m pretty much cool with them… I wouldn’t even mind following them but I don't know.
There’s one coworker I snooped on. I thought he was like 19 or 20… I was surprised to find out he had kids and a house… he’s also older than me.
Well I don't know what happened but soon after I lurked he avoided me… we never really spoke but he was always very nice.
I think his baby mom blocked me but I don't know wtf I did
im so embarrassed.. I only looked twice and blocked him….

I feel ya - social media creeping can be real addicting sometimes when you're bored. But yeah, stalking coworkers is never a good look and will definitely make things weird.
I wouldn't beat yourself up too much though, sounds like it was just a slip up. Live and learn, you know? Now you know not to go digging into people's private lives without asking.
My advice would be to just play it cool at work. Act normal with that guy like nothing happened, don't bring it up or apologize cause that'll just draw more attention. Chances are he won't mention it either if you don't.
And don't lurk coworkers again - find a new hobby to kill boredom instead! Pick up a sport, start learning an instrument, play some games online - anything to keep your mind occupied.
Give it some time and I'm sure this will all blow over without anyone thinking much of it. Just gotta stay off people's pages from now on! We all make dumb mistakes, just try not to repeat 'em. You'll be sweet.
