Girls, How significant is it for a woman you like to pursue you?

There is this really attractive woman who has been aligning herself with my weekend schedule and mirroring me for a while now; is this significant? We share the same Third Place yet have never spoken, only acknowledged each-other through nonverbal cues. Originally she was a secret admirer, but ever since I started liking her she has been in my vicinity. Is this a significant thing?

Her NVQs are no longer subtle, and she's been doing them for a while. I am reluctant to approach in general due to fears of dissuading her or making an embarrassment of myself; I don't know how or what to say.

She's not the only woman showing interest, I had a couple yesterday, but her actions that suggesting longing make me believe she feels strongly; which is not something I've experienced before, and it can feel intimidating.
