Girls, can you tell if a guy is attracted to you even if he tries to hide it?

As a rule I don't date coworkers but I work with a very attractive woman. I don't stare or anything but can women tell when you see them in that way?

Sometimes. Depends on how good they are at hiding it. If you aren't doing anything out of the ordinary then she prob doesn't know. Usually it isn't until a guy flirts with me that I know that he has a thing for me. Once someone flirts it is pretty obvious. I am sure there have been people I have come into contact with that had a thing and I was none the wiser that they did. If they just acted normal and bottled up things then I would have not known especially if they were good at hiding it.

If you act all nervous and awkward around her, she might be able to tell, or she’ll think you’re weird/ that you have social anxiety.

If you blush at her, she will be able to tell instantly

If you’re eyes are always turning to look at her, she’ll be able to tell instantly

If you’re always trying to talk to her or be near her , she’ll be able to tell.

If you’re always smiling at her, she MIGHT be able to tell

If you’re buying things for her and gifting her things, she’ll be able to tell.

If you’re not doing anything at all to show it. She won’t be able to tell. For example if you keep conversations short, quick, barely make eye contact, not smile. Stay physically away from her. It’s gonna look like you instead DISLIKE her. And it’s probably gonna offend her.

Cause I did the latter to a guy , to hide it, and it was clear he felt offended. Cause I was treating him like an enemy for no reason.

It definitely varies from person to person. Sometimes it's super obvious, other times it's like, maybe they're just nervous around me.

But seriously, if he's like, immediately looks away when I catch him staring? That's kinda sus.

Another clue is when they act all pouty if I talk to other guys. Most younger dudes seem to do that. ‍

I've also noticed, at least in my experience, two types: 1. Those who agree with everything I say, and 2. Those who kinda give me a hard time, but like, in a way to get close, I guess? Don't know if that's attraction or just some bad boy tactic, but not really interested in that whole "boy" thing anyway.

I can only think of one instance where I did know, sort of. A friend of mine confessed he had a crush on me a while ago, and I did think at the time that he was acting a little odd, but I brushed it off and assumed I was reading into things too much. If I had actually trusted my gut feeling, then I would've seen through it. But I second guessed myself instead.

I used to think I did, but then not really anymore because some guys are just being nice and then some are being nice to be your friend to be in a relationship, and some are not even trying to do any of that at all. I am oblivious.

if we're just talking lust not feelings, i think usually yea unless they try to hide it. if you hide it though, i can't tell

for feelings even if you try to hide them as hard as you can at some moment or another i'll start being sus of you. it's hard to hide that especially if you see them a lot, it leaks out easily

I can't usually tell if they're good at hiding it. There may be moments when they flirt or something that may make me question if they're flirting or just being friendly. I automatically assume guys are just being friendly. 🤷‍♀️

Just be friendly and emotionally indifferent, she won't notice anything, even though some uncontrolled body language reactions are unavoidable like dilated pupils by unexpected eye contact etc.

You can't sense attraction without signals unless you are psychic or something weird like that, you must have sent a signal you did not know was a signal.

It depends more often than not i can tell by the way he looks at me. I often exchange looks with this guy in one of my classes and i can tell he likes me cause i often catch him staring. Then again maybe he is just curious about something or he is tryna figure out my race or something so its tricky to know😂
