Girls, how do you figure out if a guy feels attraction to you?

there is a guy that makes me think that he's into me. but absolutely im not sure if he's just friendly? we have deep conversation about anything, i like to listen him while he's talking about family friends etc. few weeks ago, i went out just to hang out, he texted me and asked me "can i join you, so that we can drink coffee" and i said ofc. he always tells me that i shouldn't feel worry about texting him or inviting him out, "you can invite me out whenever you want im gonna come" he said. but i never invited lol. these days he also started texting me more often. and he asks questions to make the conversation continue. sometimes he touches me very softly, especially hands shoulders hair, sometimes waist. even he caressed my cheek. he says that im a beautiful girl, and he finds me quite cute and kind. he always says "i dont talk that much with girls, all my close friends are men, im not that guys who goes to night club, i like being at home" etc. by the way he called his dad when we were alone, suddently gave phone to me, and i talked to his dad for few mins. should i invite him out or wait for him to invite me?
