If a buzz cut was her style by choice, I wouldn't be attracted. It seems kind of butch, masculine or woke. It's not very pretty. Cute hair styles and pretty hair make women look soft and feminine.
I knew a really pretty white girl who got alopecia totalis in adolescence, though. Her entire head became as hairless as a woman's chest.
She was a smart girl with confidence, self-respect, and a really good, cheerful attitude. Instead of wearing a wig, she decided to accept herself and be honest about her situation.
The last time I encountered her, she was in her mid 20s or so. I have say that, in her case, she looked super cute and seriously hot.

Most can rock it but most can’t. Like, the woman in the first pic she can pull it off. Not so much as the second woman.
