The man obviously, what women call sexual harassment these days is pathetic. They think that looking at them is sexual harassment, standing to close to them is sexual harassment, walking behind them, sitting next to them on public transport, paying them compliment or even just talking to them. Women can be quite melodramatic and snowflakes.

However women will decide whether they are being harassed based upon what the guy looks like and whether he has Autism/learning disabilities. Women also lie about these things to get money, get their own back or get rid of someone they disagree with politically. I have know women to cry harassment if they do not like my political opinions. it is part of the feminist campaign of control.

In the UK there is no specific offence of sexual harassment. i do not know what the laws in the USA or elsewhere.

Being harassed is a common lie that many women use as a weapon to harm people they are either jealous of or don't like, or as a way to get money.

Despite what the feminists and the shit women from the metoo movement claim innocent until proven guilty is how our justice system works. Until I see proof the man is innocent. It goes both ways. No proof no crime. If the allegation is false punishment should be severe as that will discourage false accusations

I have to say innocent until guilty. I know this is about harassment but I'm taking it together way for one reason. There was charges pressed against someone when I was younger for sexual battery. When I went to the court process all I had to do was testify and it was very simple because the hospital gave all the evidence to law enforcement.

So in my opinion the easy answer is the guy until proven otherwise.

None. I would need evidence and witnesses. For instance if too many people are saying the same version of the story about the woman being the liar (even the woman's own mother) then I'll believe the man. If many people confirmed the man really does harasses other women, then I'll belive the woman.

I chose the male because to many believe women, thinking all men are perverts, but some men don’t even know they are making women uncomfortable, they just standing around being them, sure maybe they tapped their shoulder but maybe because they needed help or something not a women’s number or anything.
