Advice on approach?

Okay so I understand people will look at people and it’s good not to read into it too much, but I feel like this is kinda different. So there’s this woman that works in a different department than me but I pass her desk all the time because it’s near the entrance I go through. At first I noticed she would glance at me but I didn’t think much of it. Over time it’s become kinda more than that. Even my co workers have said that she straight stares at me. A few times I’ve meant to say hey or something but as soon as I catch her she looks away. I mean she is attractive and I would be interested but I don’t know how to approach her.

Interested in getting in her pants? Interested in hitting on her or trying to pick her up? Interested in doing her laundry or perhaps interested in doing her taxes?

I presume that you are interested in getting in her pants and if you want that, then you need to talk to her and ask her if she is indeed interested in you.

There are multiple reasons why someone is looking at another person. That person could be odd, could have something on his face that attracts attention, has a bad reputation, is a player or perhaps is of different skin color.

Whatever it is, your best option is to ask her directly.
