My girlfriend said she likes my dad bod and my “extra weight” that she can grab on to. What does that mean?

I’ve always been kinda weight/body conscious. My girlfriend has never seen me shirtless before. Something I’ve noticed before though is that she likes to touch and rub my stomach area a lot. The other day while on the phone I asked her randomly out of curiosity what she imagines me looking like without a shirt. She said she imagines me with somewhat of a dad bod since I’ve kinda mentioned it before, but then she also said that she likes that and that she loves my extra weight to grab on to (like when hugging, kissing, or cuddling). What does this mean?
