We texted all day, she come over in the evening and we had sex. Driver her back home afterwards. Once I got back, I texted her “thank you for coming, I had a wonderful time”. She responded “thank you for having me. You seem like a great guy”… am I over thinking that this is a negative when it’s actually a positive?

It is obvious that she does not know you at all otherwise she would not have said that "you SEEM to be like a great" guy but more something in line with "you ARE a great guy". Thus my deduction is that she was just fornicating with you to have a good time but now it is time to go different paths.
