I mean if she didn't respond overtly positively the first time then just leave her alone? If it was a neutral response, then feel free to just go say you find her attractive and ask for her socials or number or whatever. If she reciprocates then good for you, if not, leave her alone.

Like be direct, but also being willing to take a "no". One person's interest in someone doesn't override or take precedence over the other person's disinterest.
