Need help understanding her emotions?

So; I've (m26) known this girl (f27) for over a year and a half now, we talk every single day, send each other 50+ messages a day. The last time we met, she said she just needs a little more time to feel comfortable, I held her hand and kissed it a few times; she said she was comfortable with that. I'm just confused; am I doing something wrong? Should I do something more/less?

Over 50 messages each day would suffocate me. I need breathing space and alone time is important to me.

Give her time for her own thoughts and back off on your addictive messaging. That's way over the top and not normal at all.

She might be like me and want some alone time. Ask her.

But you just seem way too overbearing for me. You are constantly in her face and she doesn't seem to have any life of her own.

She's being polite to you but if you don't do something to back off she might just back off from you permanently.

Yes, you said "we" message each other" but that still is not normal to constantly have to spend your life on a device and keeping in contact that much.
