We’re kids always this weird?

So I had an …. Unusual interaction with a customers child today. So I was at work doing my usual thing and this white lady asked me for help getting a shoe for her daughter. Already off the bat the little girl was being a little off the wall but that’s kids. I get to helping her and I’m not really paying any mind to the little girl until like maybe 15 min into helping them look for shoes this little girl just starts panting at me like a dog tongue and and everything. I almost forgot I was at work I almost said something outta pocket cause that shit caught me off guard I try to ignore it. Mom yells at her makes her sit down and she gets on the bench on all forms making a puppy dog face and the mom yells at her to stop then looks at me. And I’m just standing there in straight confusion and the mom starts laughing and apologies all things considered compared to the behavior of most of the adults that gone into our store the interaction was well just weird more than anything. Certainly left an impression I’ll tell you that, But man are we in trouble if that’s how the next generation looks o feel kinda mean for saying that but that shit was. Weird it’s not just me right that shit was weird? Cause at this point I can’t tell if that’s normal behavior for there generation oh and for context this girl was like 5/6 going into the first grade but still even for that age that’s just weird.

Kids have always been that weird. I remember I used to pretend to be a dog every time my mom put me in pigtails because they reminded me of floppy puppy ears. There was also a kid in my neighborhood who pretended she was a dog for like a month. Kids have definitely always been that weird.

I have actually that doesn’t mean it was t freakin weird for a random kid to come up to you panting like a dog stop trying to to normalize weird behavior even if a kids on the spectrum autism or otherwise are you gonna let your child walk around panting in peoples face and barking?

Wtf are you even talking about you are clearly slow in the brain no one is mad or holding on to a grudge over this I saw weird so I stated a clear FACT.. what I’m not gonna do though is make assumptions about another person just based on some strange behavior like you clearly are maybe that’s something you didn’t think of even if she is autistic that still fucking weird no matter how you slice that fact anyone human being panting at you like there a dog mentally disabled or otherwise is gonna be seen as weird. For doing that. Just because it’s not necessarily their fault doesn’t excuse that very fair and clear fact if some fucking grown men drops his pants in public is that not gonna be fucking weird autistic or not?
