Well, so a guy I was dating was on the phone with me, we were FaceTimeing, and his friend was there. He told me that his friend told him that he could tell I was a good girl. But then, random guys that I just met, like at the store say that, or ones that I do make a bit of conversation with, will say it. So It's different kinds of guys saying it, in different situations, but saying the same thing. So I wasn't sure if it was just something they say to flirt or what
