Why are women who have very bad trauma don't come forward when they are victims of sexual assault?

Seems like women who have relationship sexual abuse who get out and go with a guy who has she thinks has her best interests in mind then when he has her in a vulnerable position, alone, mentally (i did all this for you) or forces him self on her and rapes her and she just accepts the fact that its her fault for putting her self in that position and how she feels like it's her fault for doing it. So she goes home more traumatized than ever and not reporting it because she feels like it would be a waste of time and not risk her mental well-being.

- hard to prove it in court unless a cop tricks them into admitting it

- a lot of shame and embarrassment bc now people you know are looking at you different

- if you share the same social circle then you're gonna lose a lot of people and you're starting drama that already reminds you of shit you're struggling to not think about

- some people were drugged and are confused about what happened despite the severe pain

it can be a lot of different reasons and a lot of these attackers go after people they KNOW won't turn them in

Have you ever seen what happens in a sexual assault trial? The victim is nearly always made out to be liar, someone who "wanted to do it" and has her entire dating history brought up, often with disgruntled exes as "witnesses" as her reputation is destroyed.
