Sounds like the ol' classic whore. She makes some guys wait if she can see that they're decent and the type they think are perfect for a relationship, so they want to see if he'll still be interested if she holds sex back. Or they like him as a trinket and can try to use him.

She lets other guys hit it right away because she's sexually attracted to them and finds them more masculine but would never marry those dudes. But when she's done with them and ready for a serious relationship she will try to swing over to that decent guy because there's an opportunity for a good life with him. Even though she's still more sexually attracted to the other types of guys.

My advice would be: you don't want to become the bad guy, you maybe just want to be more masculine. And I understand that it can take time or work if you've always been raised to be a "gentleman."
