What Girls Said
I so seldom take a bath because I find it is a total waste of water. I much rather take a shower. It is so much more hygienic as well rather than to soak the dirt into your skin and every pore by staying 20 minutes in the bathtub.
If I take a bath, which is something that I would do perhaps 2 or 3 times a year in Winter, it is because I am cold and need to warm up quickly. But I don't put any bubble bath, nor do I soap down or wash my hair in a bathtub.
I will stay for 5 minutes and then go to the shower to do the actual washing.
I do have a suggestion. You could take a tepid or cool shower first to do your actual washing. Then, when your hair and body are clean, you can soak in a warm or mildly hot bath after. That’s actually a healthy way because it helps to balance your body temperature.
That would be one option but still, a bath uses so much water uselessly. Thanks for the tip though.
You know, during a very special occasion or after a long work week, you could always treat yourself to a relaxing bubble bath without worrying about washing your hair and body. Just soak in a hot bubble bath and let your body unwind and relax.
Well, here’s the better question. What would like like to have in the shower besides your soap, shampoo, conditioner, and your sponge/loofah/washcloth?
There is nothing else but shampoo, hair conditioner, pH neutral soap and a face cloth. I don't need anything else in the shower.
