Why do the majority of women resort to insulting men who say uncomfortable truths?

I have noticed that when any male, myself included, points out something about females that doesn't paint them in a good light but is true nonetheless, the male is accused of having some kind of issue.

For example, they would call a man "immature" if he thinks that periods are disgusting (which they are). I imagine this is because it paints women as being unsanitary, which does not serve women well if they are trying to manipulate men into putting them on a pedestal. Disclaimer: I know that women didn't choose to have periods, however, that's irrelevant to the question on whether or not they're disgusting. If I call a fire hot, it's not like the fire CHOSE to be hot, but it is hot regardless.

In the U. S., white men who are attracted to East Asian women are often accused of having a "fetish" or "yellow fever." This raises the question: if a white woman only dates white men, is that a fetish? This labeling seems to stem from white women feeling threatened by the changing dynamics with white men and attempting to ostracize those who don’t admire them. Many white men say they prefer East Asian women due to distaste in Western women’s demands, but expressing this can lead to accusations of male supremacy.

An example is when men express disgust toward fat women, leading many Western women to label them as "fatphobic." The issue is that this confuses disgust with fear. Just as women can be disgusted by certain men, men can be disgusted by certain women. The problem lies in the reluctance to accept that someone can genuinely feel disgust without intending to offend.

I have a few more examples, but I think you have an idea at this point. I would like to know the truth about why the majority of women resort to ostracism in these situations instead of considering whether the statement is true. I also want to know whether you agree with anything here.

Perfectly illustrates my point with a live example. Very unironic.
